Ajai Jain
Ajai Jain is company’s Founder, President and Chief Executive Officer. A graduate from Delhi University, he has a wide range of experience spanning 10 years in Information Technology. He has dominating experience in Operations, Quality, and Training and Implementation roles for high profile companies such as HCL Technologies & NTech Solutions with clients including NCR Corporations, Canada, Gaint Hypermarket, Malaysia, BT Financial, Australia, GE, USA, Fonterra, New Zealand etc.. He has played a vital role in creating and organizing the operations team, streamlining the quality process and standards, and creating a motivating and encouraging team environment.

Ajai Jain has worked & played a vital role in Project Management activities and support functions in his position as ISO Quality Lead Auditor, BS27001 Lead Auditor (Quality Standard for Information Security) & worked with CMMI assessment team for various projects functions & BCM (Business Continuity Management) activities at various project functions. He is also a certified ITIL Version 3 foundation, BS7799 Internal Lead Auditor, ISO 9001-2000 Internal Auditor & CISA (Certified Information Security Auditor). Soon he will be PMP certified also.

Pravin Modi
He is a graduate in Electrical & Aeronautical engineering & a post graduate from premier research institute in India. He has more than 42 years of experience in the field of engineering. He has handled various assignments with leading IT companies at Senior management level and has contributed in setting up offshore BPO services, processes & quality standards, computing and communication facilities for such offshore facilities as well as upgrading existing facilities of running BPO/ Software development facilities. He has vast experience in implementation of processes for quality certifications like SEI- CMM level 5, Six Sigma projects and BS 7799 an Information Security certification as well as corporate level Administration.

Aakash Aggarwal – Senior Manager - Legal
Aakash is a Senior Manager - Legal in this company. He completed his Law Degree in 1998. He also holds a Masters degree in Commerce.
Aakash has over 10 years of professional experience. His practice areas include Civil and Corporate Litigation, Customs and Excise dispute and settlement, Recovery matters, Real Estate, Family, Trademark, Arbitration and Corporate Due Diligence.
Aakash bring to this company, practice experience in areas of law particularly relevant to a high quality and innovative offshore legal enterprise. These areas include Cyber and Information Technology Laws, Joint Ventures and the law appertaining to establishing new companies and wholly owned subsidiaries in India.

Deepak Pasi – Senior Legal Advisor (Based in USA)
Deepak Passi is a Senior Legal Consultant for our company based in US. He completed his M.S. in Computer Science from Saint Joseph’s University (USA) in 2005. He also graduated in Law from Delhi University (India) in 1998. He is a registered Patent and Trademark Agent from India, presently working on projects involving filing and prosecution in Trademark and Patent Law matters in the United States.

Priya Chaudhary – Manager - Legal
Priya is an attorney in our company. She completed her Law Degree in 2004. She underwent her legal training with senior Attorneys in Delhi. Presently, Priya is pursuing her Masters in Law along with Masters in Business Administration. Priya has over 4 years of professional legal experience. Her practice areas include civil and commercial law. She has specialized in IPR and Labor Laws.
Priya has been associated for the past three years with one of the leading LPO companies in India where she has been looking after the legal assignments from US and UK.
