server with all electronic entry points secured and all data
movement logged.

Company’s intranet server and the data server are not located
together. A hardware firewall is implemented to provide string
security policy for LAN and WAN.

data security. Employees are neither permitted to bring paper on the
work floor nor take out any paper outside the premises. Any waste
paper material is shredded after use. Handbags, purses, personal
laptops, etc. are forbidden. Personal items are allowed only after
